MARKETTampa Bay, Florida

The focus

Give a luxury residential business a distinctive digital presence, with clear paths for buyers and sellers.

The approach

Pair a refined visual identity with property-led imagery and readable content. Keep navigation direct so visitors can explore the business without losing their place.

The experience

An agent introduction, property content, community pages and enquiry opportunities work together as one journey.

Two choices visible in the opening view.

State the market before asking for a click. The displayed project image puts “Tampa Luxury Real Estate” over residential imagery. A visitor can identify the location and property focus without first opening a menu.

Separate exploration from contact. “Explore Areas” and “Search Listings” appear in the header alongside a visible phone contact. The central “Start Your Journey” action provides another starting point. These are visible entry choices; the screenshot alone does not verify listing-feed access or enquiry delivery.

For your own brief: name the market you serve and decide whether visitors first need area information, property search or a conversation. Ask which routes belong in the main navigation rather than copying this project’s labels.

Design evidence: the existing portfolio screenshot captured September 22, 2026. No traffic, ranking or sales result is asserted.
