The focus

Present a commercial broker’s expertise and make different property categories easier to explore.

The approach

Use a clear visual hierarchy and brand-consistent presentation, with distinct entry points for the business’s commercial property work.

The experience

Property categories, local-market content and team information give visitors context before they start a conversation.

Two choices visible in the opening view.

Make the business category explicit. The displayed project image pairs a city view with the headline “An Entrepreneurial Approach To Commercial Real Estate.” The opening message identifies the work before the visitor explores individual services.

Give services and markets separate entry points. The header shows “Services” and “Markets” separately, with a phone contact and “Contact” alongside them. The central “Get Started” action offers a further next step. These visible labels demonstrate information hierarchy, not a verified lead-routing or property-data connection.

For your own brief: decide whether clients choose you by service, market or property specialty. Give each navigation item a clear job and identify who handles the resulting enquiry.

Design evidence: the existing portfolio screenshot captured September 22, 2026. No traffic, ranking or sales result is asserted.
